I bought my first car from Eco Cars a couple of weeks ago after spotting it online. Everything from the first phone call to the after sales service has been great. Unable to travel to view, we arranged a video call, though there was an offer to collect me from the local station. All questions were answered with no pushy sales tactics, Marc was knowledgeable and assisted with anything I was unsure of beyond the sale of the car. My new Corsa had a fresh service, and after an easy transaction was delivered to my doorstep the next day at a reasonable cost. Though apprehensive about purchasing online, it arrived in good time, was squeaky clean inside and out, and as Marc stated “It's a tidy little car actually”.

It's has been ten years since my wife and l last purchased a new car and we were a little apprehensive when we started looking around, as you hear lots of horror story's about buying used cars.
However, thanks to the service and friendly professionalism we experienced from eco cars in keithley, we really didn't have to worry about anything.
We found the owner, Mark to be attentive, easy to deal with and makes a nice coffee.
We are enjoying our new car and have l passed their details to a friend as we have no hesitation in recommending eco cars

I can honestly say I couldn't have had a more seamless purchasing experience than with Marc at Eco Cars. From our first conversation over the phone, he was accommodating and obviously had a wealth of knowledge about the vehicles of interested. On visiting site both cars were ready for a test drive. I felt no sales pressure at any point and found negotiating a deal very easy. We were able to agree on my preparation requirements, which were undertaken to a high standard. On the day of collection Marc was again very helpful after part of my train journey was cancelled due to storms, giving me advice on alternative routes and collecting me from the station. My TT Quattro Sport was looking fantastic in the showroom and after some quick financial I was ready to go. I would definitely recommend Eco Cars and give them a 5 star rating. Before buying an Audi TT from Marc, I found him to be extremely helpful supplying a video of the car before travelling from the West Country. Marc met me from the station and then left me to view the car at leisure with no pressure. Marc was also on hand with my after sales questions and queries. I would recommend Eco Cars.

We purchased our daughters first car for her 18th birthday from Marc at Eco Cars after spending a lot of time researching on line. After speaking with Marc and taking his advice we decided on a low mileage, silver VW polo. We viewed and test drove the car and decided it would be perfect. The car was exactly as described and prepared to the highest standard. We had such a great experience dealing with Marc and our daughter absolutely loves the car!
